Can I bring this on the airplane?



I live in Seattle, and I will be in Arizona (Phoenix) fly in a few days. When I grabbed my hair iron to Hawaii was in my hand luggage, so no break in my luggage. I was Hawaiian Airlines to fly, have this time I’m flying Southwest Airlines.
