This is a great bag, but it’s just a bit too large to work comfortably in hand luggage. It may fit, but these days I press up some more space bin would have preferred. I bought this as a gift and please the recipient very well. It has plenty of space and a handle is easy to use. The handles on top and side of the bag is useful if you use this in a chest or upper compartment.
