what can a traveling hair stylist bring on the plane airport carry on?
I just had a nightmare experience with luggage being lost. So was wondering if there are any other traveling hair stylists out there that could give me some good advice about how they pack their tools for plane travel. Ofcourse I know I should check shears and razors, but does anyone carry on some of their tools?

Yes, well, I thought that you couldn’t bring on any fluids because you could mix em up together and make a bomb or something.
It was just a dream, don’t worry.
TSA has a list of permitted items. Basically, if it is not permitted, it is forbidden.
Liquids and aerosols are restricted to 3 ounces or less. Sharp objects (eg scissors) are restricted to four inch blades or less. Safety razors and disposables. Tools less than 7 inches long. Otherwise it has to be checked, subject to being rifled, ehr, inspected.
