Commercial, passenger, or private.
Either one of these but private falls into a different category.
Usually private aircrafts are owned by very rich people who have nothing better to spend their money on. :\
And, Neil, is it not commercial if it is widely known and advertised?

Neither “commercial” nor “private” implies carrying people rather than cargo.
