Can You Still Take Carry On Luggage On An Airplane ???
Yes. Each airline has it’s own rules about size & weight, but most allow you to carry on two bags. The bags have to fit under the seat or in the overhead storage compartment.
There are security restrictions on what you can take on board the aircraft and the rules are available from www.tsa.gov

Yes; as far as I know, it’s still one carry-on bag, and one “personal item” such as a purse, laptop, or similar item.
Yes.
yes of course.. only two… both must fit in the overhead racks, or under the seat in front of you. One can be rollaboard size and one personal item, such as laptop or small backpack.
Yes but must have a limit of weight like around 20-40 pounds i think.
yes
Airlines have recently reduced the baggage allowance, and from what I understand, allowances are now a bit skimpy. Before packing, you should check the exact baggage allowance with the airline you are flying. There are new size and weight restrictions. You wouldn’t want to show up at the airport and be told your bags can’t go with you.
