Sounds like you've got some in-flight fun planned. As far as I know a minor should not be in possession of those things, but it would be the legal guardian who faces the consequences.

yes it would. It is illegal for a minor to be in possesion of alcohol anyway, let alone on a plane. And as for the cigar, it would be illegal for anyone to bring it onto a plane because of the potential threat. And not to be rude, but why would you even WANT a cigar, or cigarette, or anything to smoke with??? do you want to get lung cancer?

It is illegal for any minor to handle any alcohol whether the container is open or closed any place except your home and them you are respondsible to your parents. This also goes it you are at a friends house and alcohol is available, it should be locked up. As far as flying it is illegal to carry any container that contains more that 3 ounces of liquid on the plane this includes drinking water. You can carry an empty bottle and fill it at a water fountain on the other side of security. As for the cigars put them in the checked through luggage.
