As far as I know you can. I’ve been reading carry-on regulations this past week for my own trip and I haven’t read anything saying that you can’t.
Yes, I am wondering the same thing. I don’t trust it in my check in bag b/c they probably just throw them around. I hope I can put it in my carry-on bag.
