For all liquids, gels, aerosols, and pastes limit each container to a maximum size of 3.0 oz/100ml.
Place all such items in a single quart-size, clear plastic, zip-top bag.

Yes, you can take makeup but any liquid makeup has to be 3oz or less and contained in a 1 quart ziplock bag. I always put my mascara, foundation and lipstick in there, although the lipstick is only required if it’s liquid, I still put it in there anyway.
To a point. It must be in 3 oz. bottles and in a quart sized zip lock baggie and you’re only allowed one qt. sized baggie per person otherwise you’ll have to throw it away. My advice is to only carry on what you need and put the rest in your checked luggage.
