  1. well in the US you aren’t allowed to carry on liquids if they’re over
like 3 ounces, but you can check it in with your luggage. but be careful packing it because they luggage haulers don’t give a hoot about your things. you probably won’t get in trouble if you’re chosen for the “random search” through customs, and if you do they’ll just take it away from you with no prosecution.

  2. You would have to wrap it and put it in your checked luggage. Keep in mind, you will likely need to fill out a customs declaration form listing ALL items that you purchased and are bringing into the country. If you are OK with signing this legal document without disclosing that you are bringing alcohol, then go for it.
    It’s illegal, but possible

  3. The only alcohol you can carry on the plane is alcohol purchased at the airport AFTER you go through security in one of the airport duty-free shops. I’m not sure of the procedure in Taiwan, but in other airports where I’ve purchased alcohol in Asia, they seal it in a thick clear plastic bag with a notice saying you cannot open the bag until you’ve reached your destination, and can be prosecuted for doing so. It is perfectly fine to carry alcohol in your check-in luggage, just cushion it well between your clothes to prevent breakage. As far as being underage, I would think that you are subject to the laws of whatever country you are bringing the booze into, and unless they search you it shouldn’t be a problem, but whether you want to run the risk of getting caught, is entirely up to you. Good luck.

  4. As others said you are going to have to put it in checked luggage.
Now as far as the underage thing. They usually are not going to search checked luggage nor associate a particular bag with the age of a particular passenger. But it can happen.
If so the age law of the country you are entering apply. So if you are returning to the US and the alchohol is found they will confiscate it. as it is illegal to POSESS it if you are not 21.
But even then unless you look seriously young they may just not bother IDing you. Just make sure you are familier (I always do duty free so you have to ask someone else) w. how many bottles you can bring in at a time…….. one over could cause scrutiny.

  5. Call the airline you are flying with, they answer any questions you have!! I know you definetly can’t carry it on, They don’t let any liquids on.

  6. Well you can’t bring it on the plane but if u check it u should be fine they would do a backround check. The only way you wont be able to take it back with is if it’s illegal in the US

  7. Check with your airline as to what you may or may not bring on board many of the posters here seem to forget that this is a world wide forum not just the States. I think that you can buy duty free booze at the airport and take ownership at the gate.
    Happy flying

  8. you can`t carry LIQUIDS with you. you have to leave it in you luggage.
