Are You Allowed To Bring A Portable Dvd Player As Carry On, On An Airplane With You?



I’m traveling on a trip and I was just curious if you were allowed to travel with a portable DVD player in your carry on bag, to watch movies on it during the flight. Thanks!

  1. Yes, you just have to have it inspected when you go through the security check. Enjoy your movies!

  2. Yes but you cannot turn it on until the flight attendent or pilot tell you to.

  3. yes but when u get 2 the security checkpoint their gonna have to take it out of the bag and do a whole bunch of stuff with it

  5. Sure you can bring it on. There is nothing in it that violates any TSA regulation.
    You just cannot use it below 10,000 feet, so you cannot use it during takeoff or landing. But any other time, no problem.

  8. It depends on where it was made, sometimes they hide secret modules in the units, spyware or flight control triggers even.
