Is There Any Airline That Allows Two Dogs As Carry On, Instead Of Just One? I Have Two 5 Lbs Chihuahuas.?

I now have 2 Chihuahuas instead of one, and plan to travel with them both. I have flown with different airlines that allow you to bring one dog in an air-line approved bag or carry on, but have had no luck finding an airline that allows two dogs. Anybody know of any? Would it matter if they were in the same bag?

  2. I didn’t know you could have one I thought the had to go on with the baggage

  3. well i flew on united before and they’re stipulations were the animal had to fit in a cage that could fit under the seat in front of you or in the overhead compartment (which i wouldnt recommend). i mean, if they can both fit in it i dont see why not. you’re best bet would be to call and ask

  4. Never ever fly with a dog !! my mom and I flew two years ago with our dogs . My mom had a malamute and i had a cairn terrier . when we left they were in two seperate crates ,when we went to pick them up they were in one crate and they were covered in vomit and feces !!!. we immediately took them to the vet because they kept coughing . we found out that somehow they ingested something that had made them violently ill and as a result both my dog and my moms dog had to be euthanized because of the way the airline treated them . My mom and I have a pending lawsuit against the airline . That is why I say never fly with animals . It endangers their health .

  5. Hi!
    Frontier, Midwest
For other airlines you could tell them that you can have them both in the same bag this may help.
Best of Luck and I hope I helped a bit.

  6. Check with Delta, I believe they can fly in the same bag as long as it meets the size requirements and they aren’t disruptive to other passengers (like playing of barking at each other). Maybe discuss a calming medication with your vet if you don’t think they will relax well together.

  7. If they fit in the same bag and have enough room then I think it would be ok. Check with the airline though to be sure. It must fit under the seat. That is a requirement so make sure you have the right size carrier and they both fit comfortably.
Get the size requirements for the carrier and measure. Take no chances.

  8. Swiss United Delta allow 2 tigernde in 1 bag. American too but they are Yuppies to Be puppies
