I booked with Delta Airlines to go to America in June. I specifically asked what their baggage policy was- was i allowed one or two bags. The assurred me i was allowed two suitcases per passenger. However, i went onto their website just there and it said “as of May 5th we will only be accepting one bag per passenger”. I called them up, and they denied ever saying that I could carry two bags- and i cant prove it. Who is right? What can i do?
